POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME (PCOS)
Polycystic ovarian syndrome affects 5-10% of all women of reproductive age.
Most research implicates the cause of PCOS due to excess levels of insulin
or insulin resistance.
40-80% of women with PCOS struggle with infertility due to lack of ovulations.
PCOS also puts women at risk for cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, hypertension,

5.Eliminates simple sugar, flour, and juice.
6.Never drink a soda again even if it is sugar-free.
7.Plan your meals and make your shopping list when you are not hungry and stick
to it.
