Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at healingpharmacy.com, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us prior to returning your purchase. No packages will be accepted for return without an RMA number on the outside of the package.

To apply for an RMA, please email us the following information:

• your name
• your e-mail address
• a phone number where you can be contacted during the day
• your invoice number and date of purchase
• the reason for the return

Upon our review of this information, we will issue an RMA number to you. We will credit your account or send a refund check to you upon inspection of the returned item(s). Items must be returned in unopened original manufacturers packaging.

Shipping

All orders are processed on a first come first served basis. We make every attempt to expedite orders from our company. In many cases the orders are shipped within 2 days of order placement. If there will be an unforeseen delay for any reason, you will be contacted promptly.

Changes and Cancellations

The Healing Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any order placed for any reason. We seldom do this but sometimes it is necessary due to unforeseen or potentially fraudulent circumstances. If we cancel your order you will be notified by email promptly.

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-866-221-6636 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we possibly can to complete your request. However, please keep in mind that our order completion and shipping processes are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently so we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Please note that if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or other special offer, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Back orders

Although we make every effort possible to have all items in stock at all times, sometimes there will be a backorder. We will contact you if something you have ordered is delayed and you can decide to wait for delivery or cancel the item.
